Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
To estimate the total delivery time for your order, please allow one to two business days for your order to be processed, in addition to the time indicated by your preferred shipping method (FedEx Ground, FedEx Overnight, International). Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Ground orders placed before 1pm EST will typically be shipped the same day that the order was placed. Overnight orders placed before 1pm EST will be shipped the same day the order was placed.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
As soon as your order is shipped, a shipping confirmation and tracking number will be emailed to you. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us at email@example.com.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you may mail back your dress within 30 days for a full refund. Mail the dress back using the return label that was included in your shipment and we will happily exchange your dress for another or give you a full refund to the credit card your dress was purchased on within 30 days from the ship date. If you can't find the return label just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to email you a new one.
All items must be returned with tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way. Sale items are final sale. Please allow two weeks from the time you send your order for your return to be processed. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
